    Scope of Work: Horwath was engaged to appraise the potential market demand and operating revenue projections for a proposed 5 star Sofitel Hotel in Queenstown, New Zealand.

    Project Overview: The Hotel is part of a mixed use six storey development comprising an 82 room hotel and associated guest facilities and approximately 3,000 square metres of up-market fashion stores, restaurants and bars on the lower two floors.

    SkyCity Hotel

    Scope of Work: Horwath HTL was engaged by SKYCITY to prepare market demand including business case and revenue projections for a proposed new 5 star hotel.

    Project Overview: In addition to the Sky Tower, the existing SKYCITY complex includes a 700-seat theatre, a convention centre, 12 bars and restaurants, two hotels and casino.
